it stated it had "three modes, high, low and strobe". well it does not only one mode, on. it also states "Press further to click constant on" well there is no constant on only momentary on. I have emailed amazon to change this Description but as of now they have failed to do so. but they did give me a credit of %15 when i complained. if you want the one with the above listed features you want the more expensive Rayovac Remington LED CR123-B
